| 國債下滑 每人均負債22.8萬

財政部公布最新國債鐘統計，截至102年6月底止，中央政府長短期債務未償還餘額為5兆3172億元，較上月的5兆3594億元，減少422億元，平均每人負擔債務為22.8萬元，減少2000元，連續第二個月下滑。
國庫署表示，因所得稅款入帳，國庫資金較充裕，長期債務提前還本、短期債務舉借也減少，因此，6月長、短期債務未償餘額同步下滑。
根據財政部統計，6月底，中央政府1年以上債務未償餘額為5兆1224億元，較上月的5兆1294億元減少70億元，同時，短期債務未償餘額為1948億元，較上月的2300億元減少352億元；平均每人負擔債務為22.8萬元。

請問一下各位， 要如何在不影響 acer 的還原系統（alt + F10）的情況下分割硬碟啊？ 之前 4752G 被我玩壞一次... 但是他 C 槽預設割這麼大是要給誰用啊？ 查過網路好像跟動態硬碟有關係， 而且一失敗還不能還原，要弄更複雜的分割表才行... 有成功割過或是失敗後還原過的前輩能分享一下經驗嗎？ 謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.227.237.9

外傳台灣與紐西蘭可望在週三（10日）簽署台紐經濟合作協議（ECA），對此，經濟部長張家祝今（8）日赴立法院向王金平、朝野黨團黨鞭報告台紐ECA的談判進度，會後受訪時不願證實台紐是否在週三（10日）或最近簽ECA，僅數度說「還沒有確定」。
根據《經濟日報》的報導指出，台紐可望在週三簽署ECA，這也是我國和非邦交國家、西方已開發國家簽定第1個完整自由貿易協定（FTA）。如兩國簽署後，有助我國工業產品進入紐西蘭市場；而紐西蘭的乳製品、水果、紅酒、羊肉等農業產品等，也可同時進入台灣市場。
張家祝今日和經濟部、外交部官員一同赴立法院，向院長王金平、立法院朝野黨團的黨鞭報告台紐ECA談判進度。不過，王金平與各黨團黨鞭會後受訪時皆表示，ECA的簽署涉及機密，因此，不適合對外透露。
而對於台紐是否在週三或者最近簽署ECA，張家祝受訪時一再強調「還沒有確定」，未多透露消息即離去。不過，與會的經濟部官員則說，「就像結婚典禮還沒有辦，什麼都有可能」。
此外，民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘則在黨團記者會中表示，我國和紐西蘭簽ECA，在民進黨執政時代就談得差不多了，馬英九日前卻以「服貿協議若簽不成，將傷害國家信譽，恐影響與他國簽訂自由貿易協定（FTA）的說法」，把台紐簽ECA和我國與中國簽服貿協議牽連在一起。
而國民黨政策委員會執行長林鴻池則說，台紐ECA尚未簽訂，相關法律也有待修正，而台紐ECA和服貿協議為兩回事。
