[新聞] 斐貨櫃車撞4小巴 22人死亡 http://www.cna.com.tw/News/aOPL/201309070260-1.aspx （中央社記者徐梅玉約翰尼斯堡7日專電）南非德班5日晚間發生嚴重大車禍，一輛貨櫃車 疑似超速加上剎車失靈，在紅綠燈口追撞4輛小巴士與1輛小轎車，造成22死數十人傷的慘 劇。傷者已緊急送往幾家醫院急救。 「南非聯合新聞社」（SAPA）昨天報導指出，貨櫃車當時正拖載著台灣長榮海運的一個貨 櫃，在紅綠燈口疑似因超速加上剎車失靈，當場撞上正在通過綠燈滿載乘客的幾輛小巴士 ，造成無法挽回的慘劇。 卡車司機今年23歲，史瓦濟蘭籍，駕照已於上個月31日過期。依法，重型車輛司機駕照並 不像一般小客車司機，具有更換駕照的21天緩衝期。這位司機在過期前就必須更換。 交通部長皮特斯（Dipuo Peters）表示，政府正在落實全國交通計畫。除了重罰車禍司機 外，也會讓發生重大交通事故的卡車司機雇主，負起連帶責任。 她進一步表示，過去一周車禍已奪走80條人命，短短7天，有80個家庭因車禍而破碎，太 可怕了。 報導指出，上述德班大車禍肇事司機已遭警方逮捕，並將面臨多項指控，包括超速、殺人 、使用過期駕照、駕駛疏忽等。 ====== 這行車記錄器的駕駛應該被嚇呆了 影像看起來太誇張了 不知道是什麼原因會這樣開貨櫃車高速闖紅燈 RIP -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.8.167.229
