匯豐銀行的首刷禮一般消費中分期消費只認列第一期的金額嗎?!

本人在28日收到匯豐銀行的核卡簡訊後.立即去電詢問關於首刷禮的一般消費限制..
結果客服人員的回答是"如果是採取分期消費的話.只會認列第一期的金額....."
但是透過眼尖的在下在他首刷禮活動網頁注意事項中並無看到一般消費只認列第一期金額的字樣...
本人想請問各位卡友大大.像這種注意事項沒有明白列出的排除之消費項目.客服只是口頭說明的情況.算是睜眼說瞎話嗎?這樣是否算標示不明呢?
除此之外.注意事項內只說代繳電信費不算.結果去電詢問的結果是只要繳費都不算...
甚至連民營電話費(非中華電信)在直營門市單筆刷卡繳費也不算=.=....
在此.想請各位卡友大大給予詳細的解釋一下.謝謝!!
