施工不慎釀淹水　診所醫師氣炸

新北市政府於樹林地區施作地下汙水管道修建工程，昨天疑因水管破裂滲漏，導致自來水湧進工地旁診所等4間店家。診所負責人柯醫師(41歲)表示，自來水公司雖緊急關水處置，但仍造成附近店家一度淹水，診所內藥品與電器也都被浸濕，損失慘重。
 
柯醫師說，汙水管工程預定5月中旬就結束，但遇工程障礙，一直延宕到現在，工程不但對小孩出入造成風險，也影響到附近店家生意，昨天又造成淹水，令他忍無可忍。施工的新北市府水利局人員則回應，漏水後已請自來水公司關閉管線，淹水隨即退去，將儘快趕工於今早更換壞掉的水管接頭，而店家財物損失的部分，已經請承包廠商協助做後續處理。（陳冠宇／新北報導）
