陳為廷：真正有罪的 是這個政府

陳為廷在臉書說，拒絕到警局應訊的原因，將會到台北地檢署主動到案說明。陳為廷指出，選擇不到警局應訊，警方根本就是這起事件的當事人，許多時候，甚至是加害者。有什麼話，直接到地檢署說。他將告訴檢察官，他所做的一切，都願意承擔。但請理解，真正有罪的，是這個政府。
