市調機構集邦科技預期，近期行動記憶體將供應吃緊，預期產品價格至第3季末前有機會微漲。

集邦科技研究協理吳雅婷表示，第1季全球智慧手機出貨達2669億支，表現優於預期，預期第2季可望延續強勁動能，出貨量可望季增6.7%。

吳雅婷指出，除智慧手機需求強勁外，目前正逢LPDDR2轉進LPDDR3的世代交替關鍵期，預期近期行動記憶體供應將吃緊。

隨著時序逐漸步入智慧手機需求旺季，吳雅婷預期，行動記憶體產品價格至第3季末前有機會微漲。

只是LPDDR3與LPDDR2產品價格仍存有差距，吳雅婷預期，LPDDR3隨著產出不斷增加，產品價格恐將滑落，第3季中可望達到合理價位。(中央社)
