加水攪拌即可飲用 美國核准酒粉上市

亞利桑納州Lipsmark公司說，它製造的酒精飲料粉Palcohol已通過聯邦當局審核，準備在未來幾個月上市銷售。

只要加水攪拌即可飲用的Palcohol，有六種不同的口味。一包酒粉加入清水攪拌，可製作一份藍姆酒或伏特加。加入可樂或柳橙汁，可以調製Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Margarita或Lemon Drop等雞尾酒。

Lipsmark公司說，酒粉甚至可以灑在食物上添加風味。這種產品將在任何賣酒的地方出售，可是只賣給可以合法飲酒年齡的人面對酒粉是否可供吸食，該公司把問這種問題的人稱為神經病，表示

半杯酒粉所含的酒精，只相當一份酒。它說：「千萬別麼做！這絕不是負責或聰明的做法。」

日本和一些歐洲國家已核准出售酒粉。
